Hello Data Platform WIT!
Those of us in the US celebrated Thanksgiving last month. We couldn’t let the opportunity pass to say how thankful we are to all of you and all of the wonderful things you do to support our community – whether it’s resharing our social media posts, joining a meetup, watching a past meetup, or even just being a part of the meetup and reading these newsletters. There’s no community without you, and we’re grateful you’re a part of it.
We had a great November as well. Grace O’Halloran presented “Another Brick in the Firewall: How to Secure Your Azure Data Platform” for our November meeting. It was a great introduction and explanation on how to secure our data in Azure, which is such an important topic. You can still catch it on our YouTube channel.
We also had our WIT luncheon at the PASS Data Community Summit. A big thanks to Redgate for continuing this tradition. And a big congratulations to our speaker, Mri Pandit. Her interactive and personal keynote resonated with the attendees. Mri did a wonderful job, and we’re so proud that she had this opportunity to share her insights with everyone.
Coming up…
We’re coming up to the end of the year, but we still have our December Meetup on the 9th. Blythe Morrow will present “Critical Communication – Managing Yourself and Others.” Make sure you RSVP here and join us.
